Ordering By Phone (Credit Card Orders Only)
For your convenience, you can shop by phone TOLL-FREE Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (CST). To place an order, simply call 1-800-468-5252. Please have your credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover only) and completed order form handy for easy reference while placing your order. Only credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover) orders may be placed by phone.

Return Policies & Instructions
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our website or catalog, simply return it within 30 days for a prompt exchange, replacement or refund. Please return the product in the same condition in which it was received. Refunds (less 15% handling & restocking fee) will be given to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase is required. Please include a copy of your original receipt or invoice.

Returning Merchandise
To return merchandise within 30 days, call 1-800-527-0717 Extension 430, and request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER*. An exchange, replacement or refund cannot be issued unless you have a Return Authorization Number. To ensure prompt processing of your return, please follow the shipping instructions below carefully:

1. Securely repack merchandise in the original shipping box or other packaging that will protect merchandise from damage during shipping.

2. In large, bold print, clearly mark the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER* on two outside panels of the box.

3. Send your package prepaid and insured to:

*IMPORTANT: Any merchandise/package sent without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.

4. We recommend you ship via UPS, RPS or parcel post insured. Always retain your return shipping information and receipt for tracking purposes. The Brinkmann Corporation cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.

A Return Authorization Number is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for exchanges or replacements. On credit card orders, please allow 2 billing cycles for a credit to appear on your statement for returned merchandise.
