| Blue Cheese Steak Sauce |
|
For broiled steaks:
- ¼ pound butter
- ¼ pound blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons chives or chopped shallots
Blend all ingredients together over low heat, do not boil. Cover a broiled steak with freshly ground pepper and spoon lots of the sauce over the steak.
