Cajun Barbecue Salt
Meat or Poultry:
  • 1 box (26 ounces) of salt
  • 1 ½ ounces black pepper
  • 2 ounces red pepper
  • 1 ounce garlic powder
  • 1 ounce chili powder
  • 1 ounce Monosodium Glutamate

Seafood:

  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 bay leaf crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon sweet basil

Combine the above ingredients and sprinkle over meat, poultry or seafood.

**For seafood, add the above to the ingredients for meat and poultry barbecue salt
