Meat or Poultry:
- 1 box (26 ounces) of salt
- 1 ½ ounces black pepper
- 2 ounces red pepper
- 1 ounce garlic powder
- 1 ounce chili powder
- 1 ounce Monosodium Glutamate
Seafood:
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 bay leaf crumbled
- 1 teaspoon sweet basil
Combine the above ingredients and sprinkle over meat, poultry or seafood.
**For seafood, add the above to the ingredients for meat and poultry barbecue salt
