Yield: 8 – 10 servings
Delicious! For variety, substitute blueberries, raspberries or strawberries for the blackberries.
- 2 cups blackberries
- 2 cups peaches
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup flour
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon cloves
- ¾ cup flour
- 1/3 cup quick cooking oats
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
Combine first 6 ingredients in a foil pan or 9X9 inch cake pan. In a bowl combine remaining ingredients, cutting in butter as for pie crust. Sprinkle butter mixture over fruit, cover with foil and place on smoker grill. Grill for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Note: This recipe can also be cooked in the water-smoker for about 1 ½ - 2 hours.
