Teriyaki Steak Marinade


1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brandy
1 (1-inch) piece ginger root, minced
1/4 cup catsup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar

Use 2" thick steaks. Combine all ingredients and marinate steaks several hours in refrigerator. Use 1/2 pan charcoal and 1/2 pan liquid (including marinade). Place meat on grill and cook.
