Wine Marinade for Meat


1 cup red wine
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons bottled steak sauce
1/4 cup oil
2 cloves garlic, minced generous dash hot pepper sauce

Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl. Poke roast with long two-tined fork in several places to allow marinade to soak in.  Pour marinade over roast.
