Carefully peel back husks and remove silk. Brush corn with melted butter and sprinkle with salt or lemon pepper. Fold husks back in place and fasten with string or twist ties. Put on cooking grill and smoke cook about 1 ½ hours or until done.
If corn doesn’t come in husks, or you’d rather not have it smoke flavored, brush with melted butter, season and wrap with foil. Cook as above. You can cook frozen corn on the cob in a foil “boat”. It will take about 3 hours.
