Long slow cooking isn’t necessary for steaks, except blade, chuck, pork or lamb steaks. We recommend that you broil steaks, hot dogs and hamburgers as you would on a conventional grill. Follow instructions in the owner’s manual for grilling. Use the dome lid to control airflow to the fire, thus regulating the cooking temperature. The charcoal pan may be raised to the top grill level for convenience.
