Smoked Country-Style Ribs

Fill water pan with liquid. Marinate these very meaty, almost boneless pork pieces in barbecue sauce, pineapple juice, cider or apricot nectar several hours. Arrange on cooking grill or in rib rack and smoke cook until tender. Thicken juices from water pan to serve with ribs.

Count on 2/3 to 3/4 pound per person.
