Smoked Pork Roast

Fill water pan with liquid. Score roast, rub evenly with garlic powder, coarse black pepper and paprika. Coat lightly with Worcestershire sauce. Wrap roast in foil and refrigerate overnight. Place in smoker with 1/4 cup red wine in water pan and cook about 45 to 60 minutes per pound, depending on thickness of roast and smoker type.
